Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco by John Kelly, (1879-1962). The certificate of Authenticity is on the verso, scripted, stamped. The art is hand signed by artist in gold, signed again in print on the lower left with limited edition number in pencil, 209/250, certified for authenticity, issued by Main Street, symbolized black & white figurative architectural classic car on the very end lower left. The art is under clear  cover, frame is contemporary gilt metal.  about Artist: John Melville Kelly Born in Oakland, California in November 3, 1879. Began his art studies locally, at The Mark Hopkins Institute. Then continued at Partington Art School. He became staff artist in San Francisco Examiner in 1903, and held position for 14 years.  At CSFA he studied under Spencer Macky and Frank Van Sloun. John Kelly was active in Frisco Bay Area until 1923. He then settled in Honolulu, and became head of art department for the Star Bulletin. Died in Honolulu, Hawaii on Sept. 9, 1962.  His etching
