The designs from the Beautyberry Collection were created from photographs I took of beautyberries in their natural environment. Beautyberry seeds and berries are important foods for many species of birds, particularly the Northern Bobwhite. Its foliage is a favorite of White-tailed Deer. Most of my fabric designs are created from digital photography and are drawn from nature, architectural and antiquities details, textures, patinas, and found objects.
