Papier Collection No. 12 - Decorative Pillow Cover
This fabric design was created with inspiration from Konstantin Makowsky's 1883 painting titled "A Russian Wedding Feast" that won a gold medal at the World's Fair held in Antwerp, Belgium in 1855 and is considered to be one of Makovsky's most popular works. Most of my fabric designs are created from digital photography and are drawn from nature, architectural and antiquities details, textures, patinas, and found objects with added overlays and textures. Our luxurious 100% Belgian Linen™ features the finest flax in the world, grown ecologically in the Flanders region and woven by Libeco™, which has set the highest standards for textiles since 1858. This medium-weight linen fabric showcases lustrous color over the beautifully textured surface. Stronger than cotton and naturally hypoallergenic, Belgian Linen™ will soften with everyday use and is a top-of-the-line offering for decorators and makers interested in unmatched elegance.
