Faux Balloons Themed Celebration Centerpiece

Base measures approx. 10" round with the balloons approx. 28" tall 3 faux stryrofoam balloons - 6' x 9"  ( sample shows them with a black, black and white stripe white and red color theme but other colors can be requested. You can pick up to 3 colors but 2 colors would work as well Metallic tissue puffs top the stripped base  Great as a birthday centerpiece. Can personalize by adding a number or name cutout.
