La Curiosa Small Sardines with Lemon

Delicious tender sardines in olive oil, accompanied by small slices of lemon. This gives each bite a delicious touch of Mediterranean freshness.  Once these sardines are fished they are meticulously cleaned by hand. The sardines are then roasted like they have been for generations in Galicia--over an open fire to ensure their texture is firm and don't flake too easily.
