Espresso Masterclass | May 2, 2026

Join us at DOCR Headquarters for a full day of our Espresso Masterclass! The Espresso Masterclass is a full-day, certification-bearing course offered through DOCR Academy at Dessert Oasis Coffee Roasters Headquarters + Cafe in Ferndale, Michigan. With eight hours of structured instruction and hands-on workshop time, students will develop a thorough understanding of espresso from its origins to the technical variables that define a well-executed shot.  Led by our Coffee Educators, the course balances theory with direct practice, giving students the foundational knowledge and tactile experience needed to work with espresso at a professional level. The session runs from 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break in between. Students are encouraged to bring a notebook, pen, and to arrive with questions.
