Grown by members of Cooperativa Las Victorias, this washed lot brings sweetness, structure, and fruit-forward clarity to the bar. Expect cherry-cola vibrancy up front, warm brown sugar throughout, and a subtle apricot nuance that adds a gentle lift to both straight shots and milk drinks. This marks our first partnership with this producer in the U.S., and we’re excited to feature their work in our espresso program.
