We’re thrilled to introduce Nicaragua Finca Santa Melida, a washed coffee grown by members of Cooperativa Las Victorias in San Juan del Rio Coco. This cup is approachable yet quietly complex, offering the crowd-pleasing balance we love in a house coffee: cherry-cola sparkle, warm brown sugar sweetness, and a gentle apricot note that adds just the right touch of fruit. It’s instantly comforting, but still interesting enough to savor each sip. This is our first time bringing coffee from this producer to the U.S., as they’ve been historically popular in Europe. We’re honored to showcase their work to our customers.
