Our Ignite Metabolic Blend consists of 100% pure Grapefruit, Lemon, Ginger, Peppermint, and Cinnamon Leaf essential oils. Use a standard 2% dilution of this blend for topical use, young users or those with sensitive skin should use a 1% dilution. Can be used with children older than: 5 years  Caution: May cause skin sensitivity and photo-toxicity due to some of the oils in this blend. Do not apply to the face of infants or children.
