Apparently, we do still build them "like they used to". At approximately 3'x7' the "Drop-Hammer" table commands attention in any environment. It's locally milled and hand-finished Michigan walnut top boasts breadboard-end construction and a beautiful satin lacquer finish for a lifetime of service. The base is constructed of 3/16" thick carbon steel; hand-patinated, and coated in a museum quality wax finish that allows the material to show it's true texture and grit.  A true statement piece.  *Ships freight or available for local pickup.
