Roast: Med-light Tasting Profile: Flavors of milk chocolate, fruity, caramel Grind: Whole Bean or Standard Ground Description:Ethiopian coffee is known for having vibrant, fruity, and flowery characteristics that contains complex taste nuances, with a light to medium body, and a stronger acidity. Our coffee is from the Sidama Zone in Ethiopia and processed in the natural method by hand picking the fruit and drying the beans on raised beds. This process develops a pleasant sweetness in the final coffee along with a very gentle fruit note. We roast this to a medium-light roast to help preserve the delicate flavors from this region. The result is a wonderful tasting profile of milk chocolate, fruit and caramel.
