EL MIRADOR JAVA
Coffee Description From the steep coffee-growing slopes of Nariño comes our first release from third-generation producer Milton Cerón and his farm, Finca El Mirador. Known for cultivating exotic varietals like this Java, Milton brings technical precision and a sustainability-focused approach to every stage of coffee production, from cultivation to processing. For this microlot, cherries in peak harvest are hand-picked, anaerobically fermented for 72 hours to enhance cup flavor and depth, and then washed with minimal water before being dried on raised beds for two weeks. El Mirador Java is a clean, elegant, and structured cup, with sweet notes of blueberry and vanilla, a citrus acidity, and delicate floral undertones like jasmine. Producer: Milton Cerón Variety: Java Process: Washed Region: Nariño Notes: Blueberry, Vanilla, Citrus, Jasmine
