Her farm in Timaná, Huila sits in a rich, biodiverse landscape, where she focuses not only on producing exceptional coffees, but also on supporting her community through efforts such as building a large drying facility to help local farmers dry and process their coffees. La Libia is a sweet offering with bright berry acidity and cupping notes of panela (raw sugar cane) and vanilla for a vibrant, balanced cup.
