This lacquer was named after our beautiful So-Cal and inspired by the kelp that grows in our wonderful oceans. So-Kelp is part of our Summer Fantaseas collection. All of our nail lacquers are 10-Free, Cruelty Free and Vegan. DETAILS  Application: Max coverage in 2-3 coats.  *May cause slight stain to nails, make sure to use your favorite base coat before application.
