A zabuton (pron. zah'-boo-tawn) is the foundation cushion for your zafu (round sitting cushion) or meditation bench, where it provides essential cushioning for your ankles and knees. Years of Zen Center living have gone into the design of our custom meditation mats. 8 lbs. of organic cotton batting are stuffed into a muslin cover and encased in a snug-fitting zippered cover made from durable polyester blend fabric.
