Vintage Fender Champ 5F1 Narrow Panel 5-Watt 1×8" Tweed combo made in 1963/1964. This amp features a single-ended Class A 5F1 circuit with 1×12AX7 preamp tube, 1×6V6GT power tube, and 1×5Y3GT rectifier. Controlled by a single Volume knob and two inputs (High & Low). The original CTS Alnico 8" speaker (EIA 137 plate code) remains installed. The circuitry appears original, with the power cable updated to a grounded plug for safety. This unit shows good condition with heavy wear to the exterior tweed: torn corners and heavy discoloration on top and bottom. The grille cloth is intact with no holes. The chassis panel is pitted and the branding letters are partially worn away. A store seal from Ziggies in Phoenix, AZ is present on the back panel. This amp wears its 60-plus years of history proudly—its battle-scarred tweed and pitted panel giving it all the vibey charm of a road-tested legend.
