Know that you are nourishing yourself with our premium grassfed and finished steak quality ground beef. After our pasture raised beef is hung to age for a minimum of 3 weeks, our butchers take not just the trimmings, but all the delicious steaks and roasts as well to create a robust, juicy, flavor packed steak quality burger! Your Ground Beef will come in conveniently packaged 1lb vacuum-sealed packs. Select your size box and we will DELIVER TO YOU THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY between 1pm and 6pm, please leave a cooler at our door/gate if you will not be home.
