When purchasing plants add the heat pack to prevent plant loss in shipping due to cold temperatures. Produces an average temperature of 70°F in a standard 1cu. ft. shipping box. Environmentally safe, disposable, and inner contents are biodegradable. If you do not add on a heat pack and the plant you ordered arrives damaged due to the cold, no refund or replacement will be considered. We do our best to insulate and package plants the best we can when shipping.
