Using the finest cacao and traditional European techniques, we craft these Fleur De Sel Caramels in small batches in-house. Our buttery creamy caramels are lusciously coated in our award winning single origin 70% Belize Dark Chocolate and finished with delicate flakes of Fleur De Sel from Bitterman's Salt Co. Each box of 8 caramels is hand packaged with eight delicious salty and sweet caramels perfect for gift giving.
