Once a year, for Valentine’s Day, we make the ever-coveted treat; ‘Chocolate Dipped Strawberries’ to sell to our local customers, and a few years ago we turned it into a chocolate bar for everyone to enjoy! This bar has two delicious layers starting with our 72% Belize single origin dark chocolate. The other layer is a Peruvian white chocolate, made with Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 whole milk and freeze-dried strawberries. The strawberry white chocolate is fruity, creamy and sweet with the perfect level of tartness to round it out.
