A true labor of love -our beef sticks are made using locally-raised beef, seasoned, hand stuffed, fermented for 15 hours, smoked for 6 hours, then slowly dehydrated for 10 hours until we've achieved the perfect consistency.  It is quite possibly the most satisfying concentrated bite of meat heaven you will ever experience.
