S & C Mascaras

  We’re back with more colorful mascaras, this time in three cool toned and wintery shades! Grey - a light/medium and slightly cool toned grey Lavender - a pastel and blue-based purple Navy - a deep and slightly muted blue No need to apply these over a base layer, they show up great on their own in 1-2 coats. This is a relatively wet formula, so you have time to layer before it fully dries down.
