SPOOKY SPECTRAL SHARDS

Add some supernatural sparkle and shine to your look with these loose multichrome flakies!    SPOOKY: bright green, yellow, peach, pink, red, purple  Tips:  • Use a glitter glue or pigment primer on the area you wish to apply. • For a more opaque application, apply with flat brush or silicone applicator and tap onto glitter glue.• For a more subtle spectral sparkle, use a fluffy brush to get only a few shards on the tip and lightly tap onto thin layer of glitter glue or adhesive base. • Use a clear eyebrow gel in brows and tap these on top! • Under the eye, the outer or inner corner are places great for first time application!  • This is NOT a glitter. • Product will attempt an escape.
