Porter Cable 1001 Fixed Base Router Hose Adapter

This base is used on 100 & 690 series Porter Cable routers. This includes (2) 1" #10-24 screws to attach the front adapter. Use these instead of the shorter screws used to attach the plastic base to the router. This provides studs for the adapter to seat into, and it's secured in place with (2) included #10-24 nuts.The rear piece snaps into place without screws. This works well because it is not stressed like the adapter portion is. The Porter Cable 1001 fixed base is also used in the Porter Cable 696 Shaper Table (which is what the photos of this adapter are shown with).
