Ginger Turmeric

Place 1 heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 5-7 minutes for desired strength. Great Hot or Iced (steep for additional 3 minutes, strain the tea leaves and pour over ice).
