A cold thermal color changing dip powder, with a pale yellow base that changes color to a gorgeous orange when it gets 72° (or colder), mixed with various sizes of yellow, gold and white circle chunky matte and shiny glitter pieces. Lumiere is the perfect addition to your chunky glitter collection (and color changing dip powder collection!) and we know for certain you will love it.   Depending on the method you use to apply the chunky glitter dip powder, will depend on your final look. When you pour over the powder, you tend to get a more sporadically placed glittered nail. When you place or lay your nail into the dip powder jar (or a cupcake liner), the end result will give you more of a full coverage look.
