Mexican (Organic)

Dry with a delicate body. Gentle sweetness and acidic snap. Earthy-spice flavor notes. Well rounded. Comparable to a nice white wine. This is an OCIA certified Oranganic Shade Grown coffee. Very pleasant mouth feel and very well balanced cup with some subtle nutty notes and perhaps a touch of woody earthiness too. As roaster and owner of Dirt Cowboy I have the wonderful perk of being able to brew any coffee I like. Honestly, sometimes I'm not sure which coffee I'm in the mood for! That's when I reach for the Mexican-- it's just an all round pleasant cup and lingers nicely on the palette.
