Ingredients Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender, Organic Ashwaganda, Organic Lemon Verbena, Organic Licorice, Organic Rose   Brew InstructionsFill 1 teaspoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. You may also brew in a french press or tea pot for a larger batch. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea and find your ideal cup! All of our tea's come in a large 4 oz bag.
