GRANDMA Egyptian Cartouche

This pendant features the word 'Grandma' translated into ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs. Handmade in the ancient bazaar of Khan el Khalili, in the heart of old Cairo. Choose from two styles, open or solid, in Sterling Silver or 18k Gold. You may also order Sterling Silver with 18k Gold hieroglyphs in either the solid or open style pendant. Each cartouche is stamped (often in two places) with the Egyptian government's hallmark certifying the metal content. Your pendant will be around 2 inches long. Silver cartouche pendants will come with an 18" sterling silver box chain.
