The item has beautiful color, but it has a chipped area on the top edge and light wear on the design. It looks like a previous owner applied blue ink on top of the chip to make it less noticeable. The price has been reduced for the chip, and the item is being sold "as is".  Look at the photos for details. This dinnerware is beautiful, but very old and made during a time when imperfections were common due to the manufacturing methods used for mass production.
