We are thrilled to present our latest coffee from Brazil, a direct-trade partnership with UP22 Cafés and the farm Cafe Santa Maria!  This coffee is naturally processed for a very rich and full body alongside a very traditional Brazilian flavor profile. Expect sweetness, balance, chocolate, nuttiness with a hint of fruit—but by no means as fruity as our Ethiopian or El Salvador Peaberry coffees.  For those who loved the previous Brazilian coffee, we can assure you this one is just as good with absolutely no compromises. We have found it to be pleasant in all brewing methods, and it has even found a spot in both our House & Espresso blends.
