We use only premium quality chocolate to make all our confections free of waxes, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors and colors, and preservatives. In our chocolate morsel selection, we offer you the same premium base we use, so you may create your own quality confections at home. Our regular chocolate is made in the Belgian tradition whereas sugar-free and organic chocolate are made by French process. Whether you wish to create your own confections, make a fondue or simply snack on it, our bulk chocolate morsels offer an affordable alternative to our other solid chocolate varieties. Please note that since none of our chocolate contains wax, in order to create your own confections, you would need to properly temper the chocolate.
