Mares Magellan BCD

The Mares Magellan BCD is a genuine travel jacket designed for scuba and diving gear use. It is extremely lightweight and foldable thanks to the absence of a rigid backrest, making it easy to pack for trips. The pre-shaped, contoured shoulder straps provide maximum freedom of movement, while an integrated quick-release ballast system supports buoyancy control. It is compatible with the Trim Weight system for additional ballast options on the tank strap. The backrest includes an eyelet on the strap for easy adjustment, and the jacket folds compactly for travel. A roll-up pocket and ergonomic concave shoulder straps (patent pending) contribute to comfort, with a design that suits female divers as well. Constructed for durability and practical use, the Magellan BCD uses Cordura®420 fabric and features a back-mounted bladder.
