This crewneck size is unisex. For women, consider ordering a bigger size if you want a looser fit, and a smaller size if you want a more snug fit.  The ironed on patch will feature a heat pressed patch with strong adhesive.  The stitched patch will feature a tac-down stitch to safely secure  the edges of the patch.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the item to ship
