3.4 FL OZ  oil free , ph balance , vegan friendly, better retention , Ophthalmologically Tested, safe for eyelash extensions, FDA certified,  ingredients Cabbage Rose (Rosa Centifolia) Flower Water, Water (Aqua), Lauryl Betaine, Acrylates/Beheneth-25 Methacrylate Copolymer, Triethanolamine, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Phenethyl Alcohol, Sodium PCA, Grape (Vitis Vinifera) Extract Mix 1 Part Concentrate to 2 Parts distilled water in an empty foaming pump bottle and shake well. Pump 3-4 times onto a cleansing brush, snag free make up remover cloth work in a circular motion over the face and around the eyes and lash line to remove make up, build up and oils. Rinse well with water.
