Made from organic, heirloom sugarcane grown on Copal Tree Farms in Belize. Distilled with 100% canopy water from the surrounding jungles, collected by a water catchment system. It is a blend of pot and column still distillation. This is a zero-impact distillery. This rum is great on its own and also makes a killer daiquiri.
