These fans are usually purchased in the UK. "NCV3 and VS30 Most Forward", fits all Wheel Bases, Bay 1 "Front Adapter" fits all Wheel Bases, Bay 2"Rear Adapter" is for a 144 WB, Bay 5, will fit bay 5 on 170 and 170 Ext."170 most rear" is for the rear of a 170 WB, Bay 7"170 ext most rear" is for the rear of a 170 extended WB, Bay 8 "All Rib" is for anywhere along the center with no gap in the ribs, usually Bay 4 Photos are of our 14 x 14 opening adapter for position purposes only.  Sprinter Van years 2007 to present.
