The specific variety is Arrows. Struck in New Orleans and designated as a Business (MS) strike, this coin is made of 90% silver; 10% copper from a mintage of 600,000 struck. Obverse: Lady Liberty is seated on a rock, holding a staff, and bearing a shield with the word LIBERTY on a flowing ribbon. 13 stars have adorn the periphery and the date appears at the bottom center. Arrows have been added to the left and right of the date. Reverse: The words HALF DIME are centered and surrounded by a wreath tied by ribbon and bow at the bottom with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA around the periphery.
