Noir Matte Lip Paint

Our Noir (Black) Matte Paint Lipsticks has a velvety smooth matte finish, which encases lips in rich, buildable, long wearing color. It applies as a creamy liquid but shortly dries to an ultra long lasting matte finish.  Colors may vary, the results of our colors may vary due to a number of factors including but not limited to; lot changes, monitor resolution settings, lighting & skin tone, etc.   Ombre Effect- Pairs great with Sugar, Scarlet, and DrJay, All of our lippies will pair well with this shade. It can be used for deepening any shade.
