Made to order retro look aqua superhero running costume. Includes skirt, tank top and wristlets. This skirt is designed to be work over your favorite running capris or shorts. Skirt and wristlets are completely handmade with high quality performance spandex mermaid scale fabric. The wristlets "fins" are made from green felt. The tank is a purchased item that has been modified to add performance fabric detail in orange and green fish scale fabric as well as gold knit faux belt detail. Tank is 57% combed ringspun cotton, 38% polyester, 5% spandex.
