Elsa inspired running costume. Let your inner Snow Queen out with this super sparkly costume. Skirt is completely handmade and features a leg slit in the front just like Elsa's. The tank is a purchased item that has been altered, the blue dress fabric is firmly sewn on the front. The blue dress fabric on the back of the tank is NOT attached, it is designed to drape which allows for more give and comfort in movement, as well as providing more ventilation during runs. Cape is gathered on elastic to provide more range of motion across your back, sewn to the tank in 3 places (so that the elastic can stretch in between those points). Costume is designed to be worn over your favorite pants/shorts and sports bra.
