Kid's Sail Dress Mermaid Costume

Ariel Inspired "sail dress" costume lets you look like you just got your legs! Costume is made with muslin fabric and rope and has a ragged bottom hem. The muslin is sewn over the rope under the arms to prevent chafing. Costume is designed to worn over shorts and tank. Also includes an approximately 3-4" starfish hair comb to complete the look. Rope is sewn to the front of the dress. Once on, wrap the rope criss-cross around your body 3 times and tie low on the hip with a double knot. Once tied pull the fabric through the rope to poof it out to style the dress. Please provide the following measurements with order: -Circumference around chest, under armpits and over breasts -Length from armpits to knees Dress is designed to end a few inches above the knee once on and styled.
