This plate replaces the EX3-PLATE for those that want to adapt their existing EX3-SHOULDER kits to other cameras. It may still require special adapter plates for some cameras that need the space or other tripid mount hole patterns. This item gives a more rigid mounting for the camera-specific mount plates.
