Dm extreme duty billet timing chain tensioner (XPT) Here at D&M we see many things fail on utv's but this one takes the cake for smallest part equals biggest failure. Unfortunately when the oem tensioner fails the timing chain turns into a wicked chainsaw cutting into the cases sending micro aluminum particles all around the engine which then will slowly get a rod bearing and that is where it takes a turn for the worst.  Luckily we can stop this from happening with this part! This part is made here in Arizona of the finest alloys being made on a aerospace grade cnc to ensure the highest quality piece for the end user. They are topped off with two "Viton" HD o-rings making it one of the nicest tensioners on the market which we are proud to introduce into the D&M product line.
