These 3/4 sleeve shirts are Next Level Brand and they are tri-blend (50% polyester, 25% cotton, 25% rayon). Because they are a mixed blend, it gives the shirts a nice vintage and classic look. The process I use for these shirts is Dye Sublimation. Its a printing technique that allows for vibrant, full color images to be printed on shirts and garments that are a light (white or light grey).
