Unlike the CHARLIE'S BACKYARD | Adjustable Easy Harness this style of harness is NOT adjustable, so there is not much wiggle room in terms of fit.  The weight ranges in the sizing chart are meant to be an approximate guide, they are not a substitute for measuring.
