This rod is perfect for the angler who wants to get his/her toes wet in the trolling game with a rod that won't let him/her down.  This rod will pack the same punch as our premier STUP50-ROLLERS rod but for less money.  We build these rods to last season after season even in the harshest of environments.  The STUP50 comes standard with EVA foam four grip, an Aftco roller stripper guide, HD Batson Turbo guides down the middle, an Aftco roller top, and a Pac Bay aluminum detachable straight unit butt which can be upgraded to a Pac Bay aluminum  bent butt for an additional $40.  We typically recommend pairing this rod with a Shimano Talica 25 2spd, Shimano Tiagra 50WLRSA, Shimano Tyrnos 50w, Avet EXW 50/2, or Penn International 50w series reels.
