Our creamed honey is made using 100% honey from our own hives. It has no additional flavors added. Creamed honey, also called spun or churned honey, is honey that has been purposely crystallized by controlling its temperature. The result is a luxurious, smooth, spreadable treat that is great on cinnamon raisin toast, English muffins, as a dip for fruit, a topping for ice cream, and more! To retain its consistency, store creamed honey at room temperature; do not let it get too warm, or it will be restored to liquid honey. The lid is white plastic with an inner foam liner as a safety seal.
