The "Colosseum" battlemap is an impressive fighting arena, with three distinct levels and seating for thousands of spectators. At ground level, combatants face off in a circular arena, surrounded by high walls and imposing gates. The sand underfoot is stained with the blood of countless battles, and the air is thick with the roar of the crowd. Above the arena, the second level is reserved for the fighters and their entourages. Here, they prepare for battle in private chambers, their nerves and muscles tense with anticipation. The chambers are sparsely furnished, with rough wooden benches and small alcoves for storage of weapons and equipment. At the top level, patrons sit in luxury, enjoying the spectacle of the fights below. The seating is tiered and provides excellent views of the action.
