Oak Hill Manor Assembled/Unpainted

Introducing our very own locally designed and locally crafted Oak Hill Manor. Hand Crafted by John Rocycki for Lynlott Miniatures and Dollhouse Junction with quality 3/8 inch thick Birch plywood. All of the windows are made in the USA by Alessio Miniatures. The door is imported, but we just really felt the design suited this house. Measures 26 inches across x 18 inches deep (including the five inch porch platform x 28 inches Tall. This is generally 4 inches wider than most Junior sized dollhouses, allowing for more adequate furnishing of the rooms. After watching so many of our US manufacturers switch to having their kits and models outsourced to overseas manufacturers, we decided to commence making some models of our own! We prefer Birch plywood to MDF, as it is lighter, more durable, and easier to install wiring in. We want our houses to stand the test of time and last for generations to come.
